Stark Auth requirement
Completed - The scheduled maintenance has been completed. The Web Banking, Excel and Sheets interfaces have been updated to require Stark Auth strong authentication during login. Stark Bank Apps for Android and iOS will soon be released as well.

In progress - Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary.

Scheduled - We will be undergoing maintenance to update all our interfaces (WebBanking, StarkBank app, Excel and Google Sheets) to require our new 2FA app, Stark Auth, during login. Other sensitive operations will be gradually updated to also require Stark Auth authentication during the next few weeks. Issue receiving payments from Nubank
Resolved - The Nubank situation seems to be resolved on their side.

Investigating - Nubank seems to be having issues sending payments to several banks and institutions, including Stark Bank. We're investigating if there is any issue on our receiving end, but so far everything seems ok when receiving inbound payments from other providers.
